Please:
1. Confirm the cancellation in writing, with a ticket number.
2. Schedule pickup of the purifier and tell me the date.
3. Refund my security deposit after pickup, with the amount and date.
4. Stop all further charges and auto-debits.
I am not renewing. Continued use during the notice period is not a renewal or acceptance of any new terms.

I cancelled my water purifier subscription in writing (see below), and the purifier was picked up on ________. My security deposit has not been refunded.
